8 oz of Guinness beer
4 oz cream cheese
6 oz of Swiss cheese
3 tablespoons of stone ground mustard (use 2 if you aren’t a mustard fan)
1. Pour beer & cream cheese into a medium saucepan over medium heat. Stir slowly until smooth (whisk if needed to smooth out)
2. Add in Swiss cheese & continue stirring until creamy.
3. Stir in the mustard thoroughly. Serve & enjoy!
